INSTALLATION

Single Angular Contact Bearings:

Extreme care should be taken when installing Angular Contact Bearings on MSS Side Mount Mixers. The bearings are designed to take thrust loads in one direction only. The figure below shows the difference between both sides of the angular contact bearing. Examine both sides of the bearing closely before installing according to diagram below. Side "B" should be towards the shroud.

WARNING: Any questions regarding these bearings or installation thereof, you should contact the factory before installing. Failure to install bearing correctly could result in equipment damage.
